Our products & health disclaimer
MindStrips are dietary supplements, not drugs or medical devices. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. Consult your physician before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
Orders & pricing
We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. Prices and availability may change without notice. Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers on our behalf.
Subscriptions & auto-renewal
If you enroll in Subscribe & Save, you are enrolling in an automatically recurring subscription and you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You receive 10% off the then-current price; your card is charged at checkout and then automatically on each renewal date at your selected interval (e.g., monthly). You can skip, change, or cancel anytime, with no fees, from your account or by emailing hello@mindstrips.com; cancellation applies to any shipment not yet processed. We will email you before any subscription price change so you can cancel first. Your recurring-billing consent is also confirmed at checkout.

Disclaimer of warranties
The products and site are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindStrips and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

All content and branding on this site is owned by Mindstrip LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Do not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.
