Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Rates & delivery
Free standard shipping on orders over $35. Below $35, a flat rate is calculated at checkout. Standard delivery within the US is typically 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk of loss & address accuracy
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. Please provide an accurate shipping address — we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is lost or stolen after carrier-confirmed delivery, we will help you file a carrier claim.
International orders
We ship to select countries; available destinations and estimated duties/taxes are shown at checkout. For international orders you are the importer of record and are responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs fees, and for ensuring the product may be lawfully imported into your country, as some destinations restrict certain supplement ingredients.
