30-day money-back guarantee
If MindStrips isn't for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund — even if the tin is opened. The guarantee is limited to one refunded order per customer.
How to start & refunds
Email hello@mindstrips.com with your order number and we'll take care of it. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Subscriptions
You can skip, change, or cancel your subscription anytime with no fees from your account. A subscription order that has already shipped follows this standard return policy.
