Why does MindStrips have a no returns policy?
At MindStrips, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers. Due to the nature of our product, once an item has left our facility, we cannot guarantee its safety and integrity if returned. This policy ensures that all customers receive only the highest quality, uncontaminated products.
What should I do if my MindStrips order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide a photo of the damaged items and your order number, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement.
What if I received the wrong product?
If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide your order number and details of the incorrect product, and we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, as long as they have not yet been processed and shipped. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
